Who Trates is for

Trates is for adults 18 and older. Use a single account, provide truthful eligibility and consent information, and connect only with people you know. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in access secure.

What the product means

Trates organizes subjective experiences and preferences. It does not establish a person’s worth, diagnose a condition, certify a trait, or prove personal growth. Results reflect a participating sample in a particular context. A partner-alignment board uses qualities participants value in partners; it is not evidence from actual romantic partners.

Your participation

Give good-faith behavioral observations. Skip when you have not seen enough. Do not impersonate, coordinate false ratings, pressure someone to reveal an answer, retaliate, harass, discriminate, or use Trates for employment assessment. Read the community rules.

Your content and choices

You control optional public and regional participation. To provide the service, Trates processes submitted observations and selected content according to the privacy policy. Private reactions to an insight do not change scores. Curated prompts and characters may change through versioned releases.

Purchases

Core feedback, rankings, personal history, and growth tools are free. Plus grants access to the premium library while subscribed. Permanent packs grant ongoing pack access independently of membership. Your store confirms the localized price and billing period before purchase. Membership renews automatically unless canceled through the store. Refunds and cancellations follow the applicable store process and mandatory consumer rights.

Subscription expiry removes subscription-only editing options. Permanent purchases remain, and exported recaps remain intact. Purchases do not reveal raters, give extra voting influence, or improve rankings. Friends can participate in an unlocked host’s themed session without purchasing.

Moderation and availability

We may limit suspicious submissions, suspend accounts for misuse, pause feedback or rankings, or withhold results when eligibility is not met. Report concerns through the app or support. False or abusive reports are also misuse. We do not promise that a particular portrait, ranking, insight, or store territory will always be available.

Leaving

You can export your own eligible data and request account deletion. Deleted personal history cannot be restored from the app. Cancel subscriptions in your store separately. See deletion instructions.

Launch review

These product terms are a launch draft. Publisher identity, applicable consumer disclosures, dispute provisions, age assurance, cross-border privacy arrangements, and local mandatory rights require review for enabled territories before accounts or purchases open.
