You can leave Trates without buying anything or contacting a friend.

Delete in the app

1. Open Settings & privacy from the top-right settings button.
2. Choose Delete account and review what will be removed.
3. Type DELETE and confirm permanent deletion.

What happens next

Your profile, connections, self-reflections, peer contributions, goals, and private history are removed. Affected aggregates and public snapshots are withdrawn. Previously exported cards on your own device or shared by you are outside the app’s control. Minimal deletion and purchase-event identifiers prevent replay from recreating account access. Reports may be retained without account identifiers for moderation.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel through Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscription settings.

Cannot sign in?

The support deletion channel opens before the private beta. This preview has no live account system. You can clear fictional example data in Settings → Leave & reset the example.

Export first, if you want

Settings → Export my private data gives you your own eligible information. It never includes another person’s individual peer answers.
