Helpful details
Include your alias, device type, app version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment-card details, other people’s answers, or private screenshots unless specifically needed for your request.
When the app beta opens
The account and purchase tools below are planned for the beta. The current demo uses sample data.
A concern about someone in your circle
Open Circle → the connection → Report a concern. You can disconnect or block immediately. Reports are private to the moderation team.
Purchases and restoration
Open You → Wardrobe → Restore purchases. Use the same Trates account and store account. To cancel a subscription or request a store refund, use your Apple or Google purchase settings.
Account and privacy
You can export your own data in Settings & privacy. See account deletion instructions for removing your account or requesting help when you cannot sign in.
