What is live today

Joining the waitlist saves your email, consent version, signup time, and a hashed removal key in Supabase in the United States. We use your email to invite you to Trates. A support request saves your email, message, and request time for Unigentamos to handle it. Cloudflare hosts this site and checks forms for bots; its verification service processes technical connection information. We do not run advertising trackers.

Use your saved removal link to leave the waitlist. If you lose it, send a privacy request. We retain waitlist details while recruiting for the beta, unless you ask us to remove them. Support requests remain while needed to resolve the request. The sections below describe the app being prepared for the beta.

The promise

Trates does not show who gave each answer. Your accepted connections are known. Your friends can save private nicknames, and they may guess or voluntarily discuss their answers. We cannot guarantee that no one will infer who rated them.

What we collect

Account identity and sign-in information; your generated alias and selected avatar; adult confirmation and policy acceptance; accepted and pending connections; private nicknames; your self-reflections; peer observations you submit; trait-game choices; consent and notification settings; optional country and state or province; goals; released portraits and recaps; purchase entitlements; and reports you choose to send.

We do not request your precise location or address book. There are no anonymous messages or public comments. Lightweight activity events record actions such as onboarding, accepted connections, portrait opens, and completed goals. They do not contain feedback answers or rater metadata.

How feedback is released

A feedback dimension needs five distinct accepted friends with eligible observations. Skips are excluded. Results are grouped at scheduled boundaries. Trates does not expose individual answers, contributor identities, completion receipts, precise submission times, or small-subset filters. Self-ratings remain separate.

Public discovery is optional

People boards require explicit participation, ten distinct peer contributors, coverage of every ranked dimension, and at least 100 eligible people after filters. Only the top ten appear with aliases, avatars, and positive highlights. Private portraits and underlying low scores are not published.

Regional contributions are separately optional. Regional summaries require at least 100 people, and peer summaries also require 100 distinct raters. These describe Trates participants; they are not population estimates.

Who processes information

Supabase provides authentication, database, and server services. RevenueCat processes purchase status with Apple and Google billing. Cloudflare hosts the website and verifies waitlist submissions. Sign-in providers process the sign-in you choose. Provider processing locations and regional availability must be documented for the markets enabled at launch.

Access to moderation reports and operational controls is restricted and audited. Other users cannot retrieve raw peer answers through the app, exports, public snapshots, or share links.

Your controls

Pause new feedback, revoke public or regional consent, disconnect, block, report, export your own data, or delete your account in settings. Disconnecting or blocking removes feedback between those two accounts and withdraws affected results. Scheduled replacement protects against exposing an immediate single-person score change.

Exports include your own profile, self-reflections, released aggregates, goals, connections, and entitlement status. They exclude other people’s individual answers. Sharing requires choosing and reviewing the content first.

Retention and deletion

Account data remains while your account is active to provide private history and growth tools. Deletion removes the account profile and its associated contributions; affected public and private results are withdrawn. Purchase reconciliation event identifiers and a deletion tombstone are retained to prevent retries from recreating access. Moderation records may remain without account identifiers where needed to handle a report. Backup retention and deletion schedules must be specified before collecting pilot data.

Waitlist and device storage

The waitlist collects an email address only after you consent and complete verification. Request removal through your saved removal link or support. The app stores sign-in credentials on the device and may store clearly labeled example progress locally. Clear example data with Settings → Leave & reset the example. Optional notifications are general weekly reminders.

Questions or rights requests

Contact the publisher through support for access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, or other privacy requests applicable to your location. Do not send feedback answers or authentication codes in support messages.
